Like the IIBA, EzMC (Ez M Canada Inc.) does not claim that this work is solely the responsibility of those with the Business Analyst job title in the organization.
To help any stakeholder interested in professional development in the field of business analysis, EzMC has developed a series of trainings and coaching: (1) Speak the BABOK, (2) Pass the CCBA+CBAP, (3) Start a center of excellence in Business Analysis, (4) Elicitation, The Art of Discovery and (5) From Strategy to Delivery.

Since the courses (1) and (2) can lead to a certification, they are given by trainers who are CBAP certified.
The coaching (3) + (4) + (5) are provided by partners with more than 15 years experiences in the field.

To continuously improve ourselves, the success criteria are established before any contract is signed, and after each training, the courses materials are updated after review and approval by the partners.

(4) Elicitation, The Art of Discovery
